    I have bleeding gum, I though it is due to sensitivity issues my gum bleeds because I also have gum pockets. My dentist told me about floss and brushing my tongue. But I never though it could be an indication of a more serious gum disease I think I will get back to my dentist as soon as possible to check it again.

      Andrew, as long as you do a good home care and you keep your dentists appointment for your professional cleanings, you should be ok. Just don’t forget how important it is.

    This was a very informative blog. I had no idea that mouth wash that contained alcohol made bleeding gums worse. I also did not know about starchy foods being bad for your teeth. I also liked how the article was presented, it was very easy too read.

    I did not realize flossing was so important. also I learned not to use mouth wash with alcohol in it wonderful information.
